DEVITA, partnering with BSB Design, Inc. of Charlotte, NC, is proud to contribute to Blacksburg, VA’s exciting neighborhood transformation project known as the Midtown community. After over a decade of planning, this 20-acre mixed-use property will add to the economic base of the town. It will include greenways and open spaces, as well as maintain the area’s historical charm.
DEVITA will provide the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services for over 230,000 sf of combined civic, residential, office, parking, and retail space, while following the guidelines for environmentally responsible design.
Construction is expected to commence in early 2021.
