As Engineering Manager, Catherine oversees the precast division’s engineering staff, including project scheduling, career development, and the assurance of technical excellence. Catherine obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Ohio University and is licensed as a professional engineer in four states. She is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI). She currently serves as a voting member on the PCI Building Code and PCI Handbook Committees. Catherine was recognized as the 2022 NSPE-SC Engineer of the Year.
