Chris Rollins

Chris brings to the firm more than 30 years of experience in the precast concrete industry. As Project Manager, Chris is responsible for project management and coordination for various precast concrete and structural engineering projects. He negotiates contracts and schedules with clients, coordinates with subcontractors, and is an integral link between precast manufacturers and the engineering design team. In his role as Project Developer, Chris leads the sales and marketing efforts for the Precast Division. Chris stays on the cutting edge of technology and leads the Division’s effort to implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) utilizing Tekla modeling software. His experience in a variety of precast prestressed structures including industrial facilities, parking decks, correctional facilities, student housing, warehouse distribution facilities, educational/school facilities, and food processing plants.
