As Branch Project Director in our Marietta, Georgia office, Patrick is responsible for design and design supervision for the total engineering effort and overall multidiscipline project coordination for various mixed-use, commercial, governmental and institutional facilities. Patrick’s experience includes Mechanical and Plumbing design, Project Management, and Construction Administration on projects that encompass many different types of mechanical and plumbing systems including but not limited to: heat pump, variable refrigerant volume, chilled and condensing water, heating water, condensing boiler, heat recovery chiller, dedicated outdoor air, variable air volume, hood exhaust, air quality sampling and chilled beam. Specific projects include new construction and renovations of municipal, recreational, registered historical buildings, museums, theatres, higher education scientific laboratories, industrial manufacturing production facilities, multifamily, hospitality, commercial and retail facilities.
