As the firm’s Human Resources and Office Manager, Stephanie came to DEVITA in 2011, supporting the firm’s executives through an exciting time of leadership transition and firm growth. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and office administration to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our workplace. Her focus is serving the company’s most valuable assets, our employee-owners. One of her main responsibilities is benefits administration for all of DEVITA’s benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bob Jones University and reports directly to the President.
