Steven is responsible for assessment of new opportunities, and proposal development. Steven works closely within firm management to ensure that new client engagements are appropriately staffed and managed. Steven also takes the lead in the firm’s outward marketing efforts. Steven holds an undergraduate degree from Boston Architectural College, with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University. Prior to joining DEVITA, Steven worked for both small and large architectural firms, leading projects across various industries. Steven’s experience in architecture, and as a former client of various engineering firms, provides a unique understanding of the needs and challenges facing DEVITA’s clients. Steven is a member of several professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, the AIA, and the ICSC.
