DescriptionDEVITA provided full design for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for two three-story buildings and one four-story building for this project, formerly a Watermark residential community that was acquired by Aliso Briargate. In total, 243 units of new construction were built in this multi-family development. The project also included construction of a maintenance building, mail kiosk, and a 5,300 sf clubhouse.
