Project DescriptionDEVITA and Geheber Lewis Associates provided full mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services for the Artesia at Big Creek mixed-use multifamily apartment complex located in Alpharetta, GA. The project consisted of 270 units within one building of new construction. The amenity spaces included the lobby/offices, multi-purpose room, clubroom, and fitness/spin room. The project also included MEP design for the 20,000 sf of retail space and six levels of internal parking for the apartment complex and retail space.
