DescriptionDEVITA provided limited design for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for all apartment buildings, clubhouse and retail buildings. Project consisted of 139 units within two three-story buildings and five two-story town home clusters. Amenities included an 8,000 SF clubhouse and an additional 5,000 SF for retail.
