Project DescriptionDEVITA provided the mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing engineering services for this approximately 45,000 sf two-story office building. This new construction project was designed in two phases: the first phase was core and shell, and the second phase was upfitting of the interior spaces. Once the project was completed, DEVITA performed Energy Modeling to meet the North Carolina Energy Code.
