DescriptionDEVITA provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for Legacy Health's 2,775 SF medical office renovation. Specifically, DEVITA's mechanical design contributions were HVAC design based on the existing DX equipment and redistributing ductwork. DEVITA also provided plumbing design for two new ADA restrooms, lighting design, and convenience power design for the office.
