DescriptionDEVITA provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection design for the 14,000 SF existing McGirt Auditorium which is a historical part of the Emmett Scott Recreation Center. The Emmett Scott Center renovation elements include lobby, restroom, and storage area removal and then will be added back in the new configuration. The remaining building will be fully renovated which consists of a gym, community room, craft room, classroom and game room.
