DescriptionDEVITA provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design for the Newberry Public Safety Complex, a 24,000-square-foot facility enhancing community safety and emergency response. The complex includes a 4-bay Fire Services Station, a 4-bay Rescue Services Station, an Emergency Operations Center, a training center, and a CDL training facility. Additional features include administrative offices, bunk rooms, a 75-person training room, and site improvements such as parking, a CDL training pad, and a fire line extension to the training tower. This new facility will replace aging buildings and provide a modern, centralized space for public safety operations.
