DescriptionDEVITA provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection design and specifications for Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center (formerly Donnan Administration Building) at North Greenville University. The project consisted of a full MEP renovation to an existing 22,000 SF campus building. The existing IT room was maintained during the renovation. This building houses the executive offices for the university, as well as classroom spaces primarily used for the College of Business & Entrepreneurship.
