Project DescriptionDEVITA provided engineering and detailing services for this parking garage. This project features architectural precast elements, steel frames, and mixed media cladding. Adjacent to the deck, a new City Hall with a steel frame and precast cladding was also built. The project required careful coordination, especially in integrating the parking deck with the City Hall’s solar panel roof.
