Project DescriptionDEVITA performed the LEED commissioning for this building, which included the HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. DEVITA also verified the Test and Balance of the HVAC systems. This LEED Silver operations center for Piedmont Natural Gas contains a warehouse, a CNG fueling station, and an office area. The project utilized photovoltaic site lighting, solar water heating, and achieved 40% energy savings over the ASHRAE baseline.
