Project DescriptionDEVITA provided full mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services for the Watermark at Bridges Street Town Centre community. The project consisted of 244 units within two, four-story buildings of new construction, for a multifamily development located in Huntsville, Alabama. The amenity spaces included lobby/offices, multi-purpose room, clubroom, and fitness/spin room. The amenity spaces for this complex are in a stand-alone building.
