DEVITA provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design and specifications for the project. The project consisted of approximately 485,000 s.f., 344 units within (24) 2-story apartment buildings and (6) 3-story townhouse buildings. This project also included 2 amenity buildings including a stand-alone clubhouse, detached garages, mail kiosk, and trash enclosure.
