DescriptionDeVita & Associates, Inc. collaborated with Studio M Architecture and Planning on this project. DEVITA provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design and specifications for the project. The project consisted of approximately 324,000 S.F., 90 units within a number of 3-story townhouse buildings. The project also consisted of 2 Amenity buildings including a 5,000 S.F. stand-alone clubhouse, detached garages, mail kiosk, and trash enclosure.
