The project consisted of 270 units within thirty-nine two-story buildings of new construction, for a multi-family development located in Mishawaka, IN. The amenity spaces (lobby/offices, multi-purpose room, clubroom, and fitness/spin room) for this complex were built in a stand-alone building.
