DescriptionDEVITA is providing electrical engineering and design services for renovations to the entire existing 7th Floor in the Main Bed Tower (approximately 17,000 SF) to support a 3:2 bed conversion. Patient rooms will include acuity- adaptable provisions for use as infection isolation rooms as required. In coordination with the associated Main Tower Electrical Upgrades project, new electrical panels on all required branches of the essential electrical system will be provided, along with LED lighting and code-compliant controls. Patient bed power receptacles and nurse call devices will be provided in accordance with the 2022 FGI Guidelines.
