DescriptionDEVITA provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the Watermark at Chesterfield Village community. This project consisted of 345 units within three, four-story buildings of new construction. Two of the buildings were constructed with underground parking. The amenity spaces for this complex, including lobby/offices, multi-purpose room, clubroom, and fitness/spin room were built in a stand-alone building.
